Well, not so little, if you ask Micki and Chris who – in July – with their oldest, Avery (whom you might recongize from this post for her second birthday) – welcomed this handsome little guy, Gavin, into their world. Much larger and more on-time than his older sister, he is a different baby in every way. In my time there, he was quite the sleeper and eater – which as most of us know – is what newborns are famous for. Occasionally we’d get these heart-stopping little grins that Gavin was sweet enough to let me capture on camera… well that and his baby bubbles! He was a trooper with his adorable outfit changes and set-ups (I swooned over the crocheted bear set!) – newborns are the BEST kind of challenge photographically and all the time it takes creates a great opportunity to catch-up with my clients.

It was so good to visit with Micki and Chris in their new normal, and to see how Avery is growing up and yet so very much that same spunky little girl I remember from last November. We had a great time, and I may have even walked away with some AWESOME additions to my fall maternity wardrobe which I couldn’t be more thankful for!
